Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in Bread’s product capabilities and customer use-cases.
• Organize, attend, and drive customer meetings.
• Deeply understand customer needs and communicate clearly with engineers.
• Define and prioritize product requirements clearly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about AI and empowering end-users.
• Excels at bridging the gap between customers and engineers.
• Strong technical fluency and deep empathy for users.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Bread’s inference & model training infrastructure.
• Quantitatively analyze LLM behavior and performance via data science, evals, mechanistic interpretability. 
• Write and maintain robust, production-quality code.
• Support full-stack development of Bread’s dynamically scalable MVP.

Relevant Skills:

• Python (advanced proficiency, including asyncio and multiprocessing)
• Git, Linux (Ubuntu 22.04+), Bash
• PyTorch, CUDA, Transformers, vLLM
• Distributed and multi-threaded programming experience

Preferred Experience:

• Full-stack expertise
• Strong familiarity with AI systems and language models
• Proven track record of rapidly building and scaling production-ready software
• Linear algebra 
• Probability theory 
• Statistics
• Information theory 
• A deep understanding of neural networks and learning systems
